I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in clinical psychology and almost a decade’s experience of working with clients both in India, Sweden and USA. I am currently based in Gothenburg, Sweden. My inclination to working with clients from varied backgrounds and age groups is strongly influenced by my learnings from different experiences that I have had by working with clients across the globe.
I believe that one need not wait for things to reach a disturbed state to seek therapy. Rather, it is better to start working on realising one’s own abilities as early as one can, so as to be better equipped to deal with difficult situations.

Prior to Samtal, I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist with a special focus towards preventive interventions in mental health, individual psychotherapy, emotional competence, developmental disorders such as ADHD, autism and intellectual disability as well as lifestyle disorders among children as young as 2 and youth as old as 17.
