Group therapy

Group therapy can involve a group of upto 5-10 people amounting to 400 SEK per person. Based on the belief that people learn better together from shared experiences. The focus of each session could range from a specific or a shared issue. This offers a safe space where the group members can feel that they are not alone in feeling what they have, thus providing a sense of shared comfort.
